Kids BJJ Classes
Our kids program was built to allow any young child to grow through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training. With two separate classes, children receive age-appropriate training that can propel them for success on and off the mat. We make sure to help each child grow at their own pace.
Little Bulldogs (ages 3–5)
The Little Bulldogs are built to be an introduction to BJJ and movements. Students are taught the very basics. It’s important that they understand how to move and become spatially aware before diving deep into techniques. The hand-eye coordination and motor skills they develop will help them in Jiu-Jitsu and other activities. On top of their physical development, they get to have fun socially while playing games and engaging in interactive activities. The class provides an all-around experience for your child’s development.
Must Be Potty Trained
Junior Bulldogs (ages 6–14)
Our Juniors Bulldogs program amps up the focus on Jiu-Jitsu training. Students begin to build up different skills and techniques throughout their training. We focus on helping them execute their techniques for real-life or competitive application. Simultaneously, we focus on developing them as people. They begin to build more confidence and discipline as they learn to see, hear, and think about each lesson taught. Students are continuing their development in their fundamental years as they make Jiu-Jitsu a greater skill in their arsenal.
